Q: Your prices are in EUR! How am I supposed to pay?

 

A: CMK accepts money transfers, PayPal and all major credit cards for payment. It's just like shopping at any other e-commerce store! We will charge you in EUR, and PayPal or your card issuer will do the conversion to your local currency.

Q: How do I know what items are available?

 

A: While many of the items shown on our pages are almost always in stock, a good portion of them are either low-production "resin cast kits" or "spot production" items which are only manufactured once every few months, or even less frequently! That's why you cannot order them until they’re in stock. In stock items can be ordered and the shipment will be done after we receive the payment, or the payment consignment note.

Q: How do I order?

 

A: It's easy! While browsing our product catalog, just click the "Add to cart" buttons that you'll see on the product pages, just like most other Internet mail-order sites. When you've selected your final item, click on the "view cart" button. There you’ll se the items in your cart and you can choose if you want to “recalculate” (change the quantity of particular item) or in red rectangle “order” button. Still in this step you can cancel your order. Particularly, when you set the amount of the items in cart to zero “0”, and hit the “recalculate” button the order will be cancelled. When you hit the “order button” you’ll be guided to the next step where you can choose the shipping and payment method. Still in this step you can cancel your order. When you hit “order and ship” button you will, according to the payment method selected, proceed to actual payment. All payment methods are safe and independent on our system.

Q: How can I find the shipping cost?

 

A: Shipping cost is calculated automatically during the ordering process. You will see it when the order is in the final stage – when you hit the “order and ship” button you will see exact amount of the shipping cost to your home country. Q: Isn't shipping going to cost a fortune and take forever?

 

A: Since shipping usually involves crossing ocean, it naturally costs more than domestic mail-order, and if you select regular post shipping, it takes longer (1-3 weeks for regular post shipments, 5-7 days for EMS shipments, and 3-5 business days for FedEx, DHL, UPS is typical to most countries).

Q: What about import duty and taxes?

 

A: For customers in the EU applies the EU import duty policies. Customers in other countries will usually have to pay some import duty and possibly other fees. Duty and fees vary greatly from country to country.
